              The third revolution of technology, computer, has greatly emerged as the primary tool for fast, reliable, accurate and easier communication and accomplishment of tasks. Througn nh this, educators saw the amplification of learning along with computer literacy. Much like reading,  student can interact with computer messages even respond to question or to computer commands. Again, like writing, the learner can  form messages using computer language.
